Hotels

Transportation will be provided between all the hotels and meeting locations.

SCOR has blocked rooms for general participants in two hotels for the 50th Anniversary Symposium and the SCOR General Meeting, the Inn on the Square and the Holiday Inn in Falmouth.   (We have made reservations in other hotels for SCOR Executive Committee and Ocean Studies Board (OSB) members, who should contact SCOR or OSB staff for more information.)  General participants who want to reserve a room in one of these two hotels should contact the hotels directly (see information below).

SCOR has also reserved a limited number of double rooms for young scientists at the MBL Swope Center.  Preference will be given to the developing country scientists sponsored by SCOR, but this will still leave some extra rooms for other scientists. Young scientists should contact the SCOR Secretariat if you would like to reserve one of these rooms. The rate is $46 per person for double occupancy, including tax.
